What remains of Joe Biden’s popularity is a holdover from his relationship with Barack Obama, but peoples’ fondness for him has little to do with his own political history. It’s more as a mascot, like a naughty Labrador Retriever who despite his charming loyalty, is more likely to chew your favorite shoes or shit on the floor.

He should withdraw his candidacy for president in 2020.
