It doesn’t get any prettier than this. This has brought me to tears on the regular for over 40 years now. It’s perfect.

Tell you what. I’m kind of tired for being made fun of for having a big ol’ sentimental heart. It’s turned out to be one of my biggest strengths, despite them. It still triggers me though. I have to admit that. Only one person my whole life that kept telling me it could be and I’m grateful for her. It just took me too long to believe it.

It must be obvious that this was a particularly bad Monday. All the fake it ’til you make it jazz didn’t quite do it today. That’s just the way it is some days. Some days just plain suck. It’s true also though that this to shall pass.
