The woman there with the cat, ELIANE RADIGUE, is a pioneering electronic musician. That’s not how you might picture someone with such a standing in this field, but it’s true. I’m going to have to read more about her. The sounds here are… transporting.

Every culture on the planet has religious and spiritual music involving a drone. Think about that for a moment. What does that mean to you? What does it suggest about resonance and vibration? Now, this is decidedly secular music, but the effect is largely the same. Don’t try to meditate to it. Let the vibration absorb you and then see where your mind goes.

Just a suggestion. I’m not going to tell you how to listen to music, but I’ll recommend sitting actively in it for the experience. Just see where it moves you. I’m not going to review it. That might take away from the effect.
