Find your joy.

You’re going to have to find your joy. You will, at the very least, need to find a routine that will keep you level. These will be conscious actions that will be your go-to when days and nights get weird. Things will get weird. Trust me on that. You will be visited by these ghosts daily for the forseeable future. You won’t get off easy, like Ebenezer Scrooge, with a single horrible night of haunting. Not yet anyway.

I’m just trying to keep it real here, and sometimes keeping it real means real funky. Some days are just going to suck. You can ameliorate these daily horrors with a good program. Then when you get into a groove with that, add activity that brings you oeace and serenity.

I added three of my favorites yesterday. Walking, art, and a close haircut. They each helped, and in combination, they brought me home at the end of the day and tucked me into my bed in relative peace.

Find your joy, whatever it may be.
