I’d be inclined to extend the definition of America beyond its geographic borders and citizens, firstly. America could be considered, at this stage, as a global behemoth. It’s an entity larger than its physical boundaries and people and laws. It’s a kind of seismic shift in consciousness. The world at large is becoming americanized in thought and behavior.

Then I’d remove the “IN.”

Then I’d answer, “Nobody.”
