Argument of the Day

We are no longer whole individuals or people. We are barely human. We are projectors shooting curated images and vague ideas at each other. Not even real. Just images created in some branding shop somewhere.

  1. Only in the first world. In a country like mine where Internet penetration is very low, we haven’t reached this stage yet (and probably never will).

    • I would say, that at least in that sense, those outside the grid in the Age of Post-Information (which I can explain at another time) they are the lucky ones. Sweeping industrialism and the Information Age eroded the idea of identity, at least in the traditional sense of identity. What else could explain a generation of billions that have everything and are still fucking miserable?
