COVID-19, part 20

What can be said really, of all the fear and uncertainty, except perhaps that this has all shown us that what most of us fear most is the uncertainty itself? With the more isolated and almost apocryphal incidents that get blown up on social media, and sectors of the government that we never expectes any real semblance of humanity from anyway, people have been incredibly decent. I appreciate that more than I have words for. What is humanity anyway? We are simple. We are fallible. We are often afraid, and this is particularly so when we get the reminder of how tiny we really are.

As for myself, it was only less than two weeks ago that I thought a lot of this was hype. My apologies for that. I’ve no clue now just how frightened anyone should be.

Selah.
