Sad and strange that less than two months into the dawn of a new Western war that one celebrity incident on television replaced the destruction of Kiev as the top news story. Will Smith replaced Vladimir Putin as America’s Most Vilified man, just like that. It says something about us as a people, though exactly what it says isn’t certain. Maybe it feels safer to focus on something trivial than to actually face fear? That’s where my thoughts lean on the matter, but who knows? It’s all so far above my pay-grade. I can’t even figure my own shit out.

So anyway, techno. Dark Techno. Dance. Minimal Techno. It’s a vibe. I recently heard someone use the phrase, “it’s vibe-y,” as in, it evokes some feeling or another thought exactly which one is unclear. Use your words, kids. The average human has a vocabulary of under 30,000 words but you can feel free to expand that. You don’t have to be average.

At the same time, I’m not quite certain what feelings dark techno is making me feel. It’s just vibey.
