A melancholic mix for a melancholy Saturday? It’s not quite depression but maybe just a period of reflection and mourning… mourning for what is anyone’s guess. Maybe, just maybe for all the folks out there struggling under the weight of their own misguided systems and beliefs? I don’t know. I can see it though. Some people in perpetual doubt. Others in a perpetual state of absolute belief and running off at the mouth with evangelical fervor about their dodgy ideas about the world. Yah, good luck with that buddy, but I can’t be entirely dismissive. They seem too frightened to hate them for all but the most vile philosophies. So let’s give them some love, or wish them some love. Maybe that’s all any of us need is a good shagging. Or even just a hug. Someone to tell them that the enemy is not, in fact, at the gate. It’s something you made up behind your eyes. It’s going to be okay, if you only could let go. Let go or be dragged. It’s going to be fine if you let it be fine.
