PIERO PICCIONI goes mellow, tropical strings on this one, but still an absolute killer soundtrack. I hit the ground running this morning after a night of unsteady sleep so there isn’t going to be much said about this one, except that it is truly gorgeous!
The original title translates to Unusual Destiny in the Blue Sea of August; which is a hell of a mouthful so it’s understandable that it was shortened to Swept Away for international release. But it’s back to work for me… no rest for the weary, nor the wicked.
