Is Krautrock from Kentucky post-2000 still Krautrock? My answer would be, sure why not, but you can listen to Aktivität and decide for yourself. Verstärker nails it, as far as I’m concerned, and if this doesn’t fit the definition, then nothing at all does. This is West Berlin and it’s 1972, but it’s not. Figure it out.

It’s going to be a busy morning. Not much time to pontificate on the ins and outs of a world upon which everyone can agree, sanity has gone tits up. Any definition of sanity you had two years ago at this time is pretty much dead. It will have been easier, if like me, you suffered from no delusions that things were okay.
